Why do we have children and get involved with them? If parents neglect their children's nutrition and allow them to eat junk food and drink soda, they are children leading a family. If parents hit their children, they are children leading a family.
If the father and mother neglect their children's education, then those children will be led astray.
If the father and mother raise their children in poverty, then those children are leaders.
If the mother and father involve their children in their problems and delve into their private lives, then those children will be the ones leading the family.
If the mother and father ask their children to do housework and participate in taking care of their siblings, then they are children who lead.
