Shock effect
A child or adolescent who has been sexually harassed or raped lives in a state of trauma for the rest of their life, until they decide to change this reality.
Most people who have experienced this trauma do not take any action to get rid of it, and the reason is that the trauma controls most of the emotions, including the courage that makes anyone decide to change.
Men have a bigger crisis with this trauma because it requires double the courage of women to resolve it.
I believe that male children are more likely to be raped than female children in the Arab world, because parents are generally more aware of how to protect their daughters than their sons. What do you think?
Have you ever been raped or harassed, and what do you think is the reason?
